Job Summary

We are looking for result driven Sales Team Leaders. This role requires individuals with excellent sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit a team that will help in the selling, disbursement and collections of the new product.
  • Train all company staff and particularly staff charged with the responsibility of managing the product.
  • Market the company products to potential clients
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions and follow up with existing
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Branch Manager and Sales Manager to achieve revenue goals.
  • Loan processing: Ensure thorough business assessment, proper securitization and compliance to audit standards and compliance policy.
  • Client education: Disseminate information to prospective clients and ensure understanding of operations policy as well as training them on business management.
  • Loan book quality management: Ensure that all loans given are paid timely in compliance to policy and set standards.
  • A link with the public: Liaise with service providers, maintain relationships with the public and portray company values at the marketplace.
  • Recruit up to a maximum of 10 Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) in line with the company set guidelines and liaison with the Branch Manager and the approval of the HR manager.
  • Manage the Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) and see that they are guided accordingly in line with the company policies on conduct and performance.
  • Ensure that all disbursements meet the set quality standards to avoid any loan losses to the organization.
  • Continual checks for quality assurance in the company’s credit processes
  • Ensure reconciliation of all system entries in relation to credit processes
  • Ensure all offer letters have been reviewed for errors and omissions, compliance with the laid credit policies and procedures and guidelines issued from time to time regarding administration of credit.
  • Ensure that non-compliance issues and irregular transactions for each client are escalated for further action
  • Ensure that loans maintained in the system are properly captured, all charges collected.
  • Generate compliance reports for use in decision making and performance appraisals. To build business relations and grow the loan portfolio.
  • To provide a superior level of customer relations.
  • To promote sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
  • Responsible for attaining the established company goals through active participation in sales management.
  • Ensuring the provision of high quality and timely services to customers.
  • Perform any other related function as assigned to by the management from time to time.
