Responsibilities
- To recruit train, supervise organize and guide a highly motivated marketers team.
- To meet production targets on sales and, recruitment.
- To sell the company's products in your region
- To devise strategies and techniques necessary to achieve sales targets.
- To perform any other duties that may lead to the growth of the company
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a sales agent
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
