Job Summary
- Reduction in the Non-Performing Loan book as per the set targets.
- Manage the entire products’ portfolio to mitigate losses.
- Evaluate the debt collection cycle and track all arrears.
- Timely and effective implementation of the collections matrix.
- Prepare reports for all units and follow up to facilitate full repayment.
- Champion the collections and recoveries policies and prepare requisite reports.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in debt recovery and credit management in leadership positions.
- Certification in Credit Management and Debt recovery is an added advantage.
- Experience in the Microfinance industry preferred.
