Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Learning and Development Training Manager to spearhead our talent development initiatives. The successful candidate will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with our business goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Identify training needs through performance evaluations, feedback, and skills gap analyses.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions to meet diverse learning needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Oversee mentorship and coaching programs to foster career growth and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Learning & Development or Training is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or microfinance sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing training frameworks and strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other training-related software tools.
