Under the supervision of the Contact Center Supervisor, the Telesales Agents will:

- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments with the emphasis on high quality leads

- Telesales – reaching potential clients through effective telephone marketing, close business and do follow ups

- Email marketing and social media marketing to potential clients

- Develop creative pitches and propositions and follow up with existing
-
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with clients who are not already on the database.

- Achieve monthly set targets with minimum of 100 calls per day

- Network for leads for leads and participate in field marketing

- Deliver scripted sales pitch to potential clients
-
- Handle clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Record clients’ details including reaction to the product or service offered i.e. post disbursement feedback

- Obtain contact details of potential clients from varied sources
-
- Conduct clients and marketing surveys for purposes of gauging clients’ opinions
-
- Answer telephone calls from potential clients and following up to ensure sales conversions
-
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase loan products.

- Perform any other related function as assigned to by the management from time to time
