Mwananchi Credit Limited is Kenya’s No. 1 provider of Logbook Loans and other related Secured Emergency Loans. We are looking for result-driven Telesales officers. This role requires individuals with excellent telephone handling skills and the ability to convert warm leads into sales on phone.

Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities, producing leads and booking appointments with pottential clients
- Reaching out to potential clients through effective telephone marketing, close business and doing follow ups
- Email marketing and social media marketing to potential clients
- Achieving monthly set targets with minimum of 100 calls per day
- Handle clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Record clients’ details including reaction to the product or service offered i.e. post disbursement feedback
- Obtain contact details of potential clients from varied sources
- Conduct clients and marketing surveys for purposes of gauging clients’ opinions
- Answer telephone calls from potential clients and following up to ensure sales conversions
Work Experience
1 to 2 years experience in a busy telesales center preferably in a financial institution.
CRM Knowledge
Academic Qualifications
Diploma in any business-related field.
A degree will be an added advantage.
