We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the business. The Office Admin will serve as the primary point of contact for related support functions and service providers.You will also serve as a liaison to the Directors and Senior management teams and provide Secretariat/Administrative support to the Directors office.
Administrative Activities: Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.Dealing with Stakeholders: Taking responsibility for managing the expectations of stakeholdersMeeting deadlines: Completes tasks timeouslyVerifying Information: Check different types of information for accuracy and inconsistency
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
Must have knowledge of the role with a demonstrated track record of success. Must have organizational, planning and multitasking skills. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.Must have excellent personal organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have a positive attitude and ability to motivate others effectively. Judgment and decision-making ability Initiative Professionalism and confidentiality
Experience in a busy officeMinimum of 2 years of Administrative experience. Knowledge of Customer Experience principles and practices.
