Job Summary
As a Security and Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing security and safety protocols. Your expertise will safeguard our organization, employees, and assets by assessing risks, managing security systems, and promoting a culture of safety. Your leadership will ensure compliance and a secure workplace for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Oversee the security operations of the organization which includes implementing security protocols, physical security and safety of employees, visitors facilities, and assets.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years experience; service in disciplined forces an added advantage.
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Training in one of the following will be an added advantage: Security Risk Management, Safety, Conflict and or another relevant technical field.
- Knowledgeable of Health and Safety requirements; Training in First Aid and Fire Safety Marshall an added advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
